Order confirmation
Website orders are first received as Pending Confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the product, quantity, address and delivery timing before processing.

Delivery, Return & Cancellation Policy
Simple terms so you know what happens before and after placing an order.
Delivery timing
Local Craft: approximately 4–7 working days. Ready Stock: Dhaka 2–3 working days and outside Dhaka 3–5 working days. Pre-order: approximately 25–30 working days after confirmation.
Delivery charge
Inside Dhaka starts from 100 Taka and outside Dhaka starts from 150 Taka. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout and may increase when multiple pieces are ordered.
Cash on Delivery
No advance payment is required unless a product page or a confirmed custom arrangement clearly states otherwise. Pay the payable amount when the parcel arrives.
Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A confirmed order can be cancelled before dispatch. If the parcel has already been dispatched, delivery or return courier charges may apply.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photos and an unboxing video. Keep the product and packaging unchanged while we review the issue. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind return
Returns for a change of preference, colour expectation or size are not normally accepted unless the product listing was incorrect. Please check the product photos, measurements and details before ordering.
Refund processing
When a refund is approved, we will confirm the return method. The refund is processed after the returned product is received and checked. Any applicable timing and method will be confirmed directly.
